Background

A market leading paint manufacturer was launching a new product into a new marketplace and we were requested by their marketing and design agency to help them identify the marketplace purchase data and follow-up on a mailer that was sent out

Objectives

To generate leads for 2 Business Development Managers, managing their diaries effectively and ensuring all appointments and leads are qualified to pre-agreed criteria.

Feeding back information accurately and in a timely fashion to help create as many quotable opportunities as a team that we could.

How we did it

We purchased the data and then called it to append the correct names that dealt with the purchasing of this product

We then provided it to the marketing company to send out the mailer by hard copy and email. We assigned one internal sales agents to look after the client and feedback on a weekly basis with full reporting and a team telephone discussion and update

Our remit was to contact all of the targets to establish buying patterns as well as find current opportunities

The team understood the product and communicated this to enable that the leads were qualified and met the client’s expectations
